Founded in November 2020, Growth Orthopedics set out with a clear
mission to empower orthopedic physicians and their practices to
preserve their independence in an increasingly competitive healthcare
landscape. We firmly believe that the highest quality care is provided
locally, by skilled physicians and their dedicated teams. By helping
practices grow and thrive within their communities, we are able to
extend exceptional care to more patients. Four years later, we are proud
to see our vision becoming a reality, supporting both physicians and
patients in ways that foster success and wellbeing.
Looking back on a busy and rewarding 2024, Growth Orthopedics has truly lived up to its name. With
the addition of new team members, a state-of-the-art surgery center, expanded clinic locations, and
fresh opportunities, we’ve built a passionate team that is committed to our mission. As we
strengthen relationships within the orthopedic industry and the communities we serve, we remain
focused on our core value: "Keeping Private Practice Private." This principle continues to guide us as
we welcome new partners into the Growth Ortho family. We understand that physicians flourish in
an environment where they are empowered to make decisions that are best for their patients,
driving both optimal outcomes and professional satisfaction. As we expand our footprint across
multiple regions, we are unwavering in our commitment to preserving the autonomy of each
practice, ensuring that every location can pursue its own growth while continuing to deliver
